[lxc-users] /etc/lxc/lxc-usernet no such file

On Lxc website the discussion of unprivileged container requires /etc/lxc/lxc-usernet to have your-user-name veth lxcbr0 10

But I have no such file.
Does it mean I should create it and simply append to it

username veth lxcbr0 10

???
