Not sure how much documentation there's out there about this, but it's
effectively just about adding the nvidia hook to your config and setting
a few environment variables to control its behavior.

This can be used with:

  lxc.hook.mount = /usr/share/lxc/hooks/nvidia

https://github.com/NVIDIA/nvidia-container-runtime has details for the
environment variables.
