On ubuntu/debian, if an interface (e.g. eth0) has an entry on
/etc/network/interfaces, NM will leave it alone. On redhat, NM should
ignore devices with NM_CONTROLLED="no".

As to "how lxd setup bridge", try /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/lxc/lxc-net
