LXC 2.0.0 is in rawhide now (master branch in
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/lxc.git), and I think F24 will
be updated soon.

Additionally, there are builds for Fedora and EPEL (i.e. for
RHEL/CentOS) here: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/thm/lxc2.0/
