Sadly i can't start over - this is a remote system. I can reinstall it -
with Ubuntu server minimal.
Libpam-systemd is installed - if there are additional dependencies, that
are not in the lxc package, but so far no hint.

The log above (http://ix.io/mqc) was result of loglevel debug and saving
it to a file. Starting it in foreground didn't helped either.
