Running it on Ubuntu 14.04, with whichever version of LXC is the most 
recent in the 14.04 package. Looks like it's lxc 1.0.7.

I tried to reboot the machine to see if it helped, however, it appears 
sshd hasn't started correctly on reboot and it's geologically separate 
from me so I can't even get on the box at the moment to see if it helped. 
Not sure if it's cause, effect or entirely unrelated to the lxc issue but 
thought it worth a mention!
