FYI, the libvirt LXC driver is not the same as the sf.net LXC toolchain,
so questions wrt libvirt are best directed to the libvirt-users mailing
list

To answer your question though, libvirt doesn't currently allow for
nesting of containers, but it is a feature we intend to enable in
not too distant future.
