Which template are you using? Mine?

If so, it shouldn't be a problem since the second run pretty much reinstall
the guest container using centos' version of yum and rpm, and the first run
is deleted afterwards.

Just to be sure, startup your container and run these commands:
rpm -qi yum
yum list yum
