[Lxc-users] sharing /usr on lxc containers

Hi everybody, I searched a bit in the archive but didn't find it (if
there was please send me a link).
I was wandering if it's possible to have a /usr folder shared with some
lxc-containers (and some folder in /var)(I'm using gentoo linux on every
container and on the host), why?
I'm running a server with several containers (every container has a
person who mantains it), some of them runs similar services (web server
and ssh server mainly) and i tought it would be easier to have shared
binary instead of having n copies of the same.
I was thinking something like /usr with r-x permissions for containers
and normal permissions on the host machine so when you update on the
host machine every hosted one is update automatically.

Did anyone already tried?
Do you think it's possible?
Thanks
Valo
