I see that too, as I help out packaging new lxc version on obs. ;-)

If I have some time, I'll dig into the other templates, and copy that to
the opensuse one. Just changing 12.3 into 13.1 results in a usable
container, so that could work out fine.

I think that it a little bit too high for me at the moment.
