Not sure where you saw %{_bindir}/lxc, the actual line is %{_bindir}/*
because we don't want the lxc package claiming that it owns %{_bindir}
but maybe %{_bindir}/ would do that too? rpm -qf on my system shows that
%{_bindir} is claimed by the filesystem package.
