Marian,
Thanks for the info.  Paul Menage also directed me to containers@
lists.linux-foundation.org.  I'm having a hard time finding out how to 
subscribe to that list.  Do you know the procedure?

Hi Martin,

I think that you would want to ask here:

Li Zefan <lizf> {} <cn.fujitsu.com>
<containers> {} <lists.linux-foundation.org>

These are the maintainers of cgroups within the kernel.

I personally think that this is possible.

However I haven't done any research on that.
