The way I see it, is that it is just Ubuntu 18.04 LTS that gets the .deb package
and will keep having it until 2018+5=2023.

Ubuntu 16.04 will keep having LXD 2.0.x from the deb repositories
until 2016+5=2021.

Is it such an issue to have the snap version of LXD?
