[lxc-users] sudo dpkg-reconfigure -p medium lxd no longer works, what's the alternative

I guess we could at least add a pointer to
https://linuxcontainers.org/lxd/news/ somewhere.

apt-get changelog lxd will also show you that as I include the full
upstream changelog in the Ubuntu package uploads.
