Looks like it was because of my (old) apt.sources.list
/etc/apt/sources.list.d# ls
ubuntu-lxc-ubuntu-lxd-git-master-wily.list ubuntu-lxc-ubuntu-lxd-stable-wily.list ubuntu-lxc-ubuntu-lxd-stable-wily.list.save
ubuntu-lxc-ubuntu-lxd-git-master-wily.list.distUpgrade ubuntu-lxc-ubuntu-lxd-stable-wily.list.distUpgrade
