Attached. I also added "cat /proc/self/cgroup" and "ls -la
/sys/fs/cgroup" in case its needed.

This is from starting a container "t" while another container ("r") is
already running.

ubuntu 15.10, kernel 4.2.0-34-generic, zfs-dkms 0.6.5.5-1~wily, latest
lxc-related-packages from lxd-stable ppa.
