That's an expected result. You're not supposed to run commands like
"ifdown" or "service network restart" (or anything that involves bringing
any network interface down) when you set networking inside lxc config file.

Choose one:
- setup networking inside lxc config file, OR
- setup networking inside the container OS config files

Don't use both.
