[lxc-users] Lxc containers on a Raspberry Pi 2

oops, vivid is end of life (15.04), try wily (15.10), also if its failing,
share the log file (-l debug -o out)
`lxc-create -n foo -t download -- -a armhf -d ubuntu -r wily`
