[lxc-users] Preparing for LXC 1.0.8

im hitting the sysfs mount failure due to permissions, for both privileged
and unprivileged unprivileged containers

lxc: 1.0.7+stable~20150828-2252-0ubuntu1~trusty
kernel: 3.16.0-46
ubuntu 14.04.03
