Looks like a dnf issue, might be related to fs caps or something like
that, if inside an unprivileged container, or some interaction with
dropped capabilities, kinda hard to know as the error is pretty generic.

That should probably get demoted to a warning or just be silenced
altogether, it's not an actual problem, LXC will bind-mount a bunch of
stuff if available and not fail if they're not (entries marked
optional), that's the result from one of those.
