[lxc-users] Ubuntu Lxc disable Cgroup memory controller

It does not work
cat /proc/cmdline
BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-3.17.1-031701-generic
root=UUID=3475cb20-ce8d-4f1a-bb5a-1f2dd0aeb515 ro elevator=noop
net.ifnames=1 biosdevname=0 selinux=0 ipv6.disable=1 apparmor=0
cgroup_disable=memory
but lxc-checkconfig says the memory
Cgroup memory controller: enabled
