[lxc-users] upgrading to lxd-daily and migrating to unprivileged containers

No, only add the lxd ppa, update and dist-upgrade, after this you can 
remove the lxc stable ppa and only have the lxd daily ppa.

no, an easy way, no. I use Ansible for config containers (but, i prefer 
to use unprivileged containers all the time)
