[lxc-users] Preparing for LXC 1.0.8

Hello,

LXC 1.0.7 was tagged all the way back in December 2014, so we're long
overdue for a bugfix update in the 1.0 branch.

It took me a long time to go through every single bugfix that happened
since and then cherry-pick and fix any resulting conflict.

That work is now done, and all the relevant bugfixes should have made it
to the stable-1.0 branch. Since we're talking close to 200 hundred
commits, there's a pretty high potential for regression, so we need to
get quite a lot of testing done on this before I feel confident tagging
1.0.8.

All that to say, I'd very much appreciate it if LXC 1.0 users could:
 - Check that bugfixes they were interested in did make it to the
   stable-1.0 branch.
 - Test the 1.0 branch, either by building it manually or by using
   ppa:ubuntu-lxc/lxc-git-stable.10 on Ubuntu.

If you find any regression compared to 1.0.7, let me know and I'll track
it down and get it resolved before tagging.

Current plan is to tag 1.0.8 in about a week's time.

Thanks!
