[lxc-users] error Error calling 'lxd forkstart

Hi Tycho,
so 'sudo service start cgmanager' its gives me:
start: unrecognized service

Looking at google with this new info I found that there is a package confict:
sudo aptitude install cgmanager cgmanager-utils
Os NOVOS pacotes a seguir serão instalados:
  cgmanager-utils
Os pacotes a seguir possuem dependências não satisfeitas:
 cgmanager : Conflita: cgmanager-utils (< 0.30-1) mas 0.24-0ubuntu7.3
será instalado.

I also did: dpkg -l|awk '$1 ~ /^ii$/ && /cgmanager/ {print $2 " " $3 " " $4}'
cgmanager 0.37-1~ubuntu14.04.1~ppa1 amd64
libcgmanager0:amd64 0.37-1~ubuntu14.04.1~ppa1 amd64
libcgmanager0:i386 0.37-1~ubuntu14.04.1~ppa1 i386

Any tips to fix this conflict?

Looks like cgmanager isn't running or has crashed. If you do a
`sudo service start cgmanager` and then try and run it?
