[lxc-users] Download template rootfs only

You can download the ubuntu core (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Core)
tarball from http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-core/trusty/daily/current/

or download the same minimal rootfs used by the download template
by looking at http://images.linuxcontainers.org/images/ubuntu/
