[lxc-users] Compiling 1.03 in Ubuntu server

I did manage to update my system.
I have a question about Ubuntu that I have not been able to satisfy.
Where is, traditionally, the forum or support source that knows
everything about Ubuntu?
My question is: When I installed my server LTS 14.04, there was an
existing old OS there. The installer divided the disk in two and let
the other OS in the disk.
I want to erase this and use the whole space for Ubuntu.
Is it doable?
I donĀ“t have a GUI.
Yours
Philip
