[lxc-users] starting/ creating containers from tar file

Hi,
I am able to run containers in user space by following Stéphane Graber's
site, very thanks for it.

Is it to possible to create/ start the containers by using tar file created
from existing containers?
If yes, then what configuration changes are needed?
