[lxc-users] Failure to resolve container hostname

I had trouble resolving container hostnames too.  This seems to work: add
nameserver 10.0.3.1 to the host's appropriate resolvconf file, and then
remove nameserver 127.0.0.1 from the container's appropriate resolvconf
file.
