Following your answer:
After
yum install -y python3-lxc
the problem disappeared.


This rpm consists of:
/usr/lib64/python3.3/site-packages/_lxc-0.1-py3.3.egg-info
/usr/lib64/python3.3/site-packages/_lxc.cpython-33m.so
/usr/lib64/python3.3/site-packages/lxc
/usr/lib64/python3.3/site-packages/lxc/__init__.py
