For the time being, the old content can still be accessed at:
http://lxc.sourceforge.net/old/

So this specific page may be found at:

Note however that all those posts are pretty outdated and won't be
ported over to our new website.

Since those posts have been written, most current distributions ship
with suitable kernel and userspace configuration, making setting up LXC
as simple as installing a single package, without any kernel or
userspace configuration required.
