Have a look at /usr/share/lxc/templates/lxc-fedora. The password is "root" (no
quotes).

Also, you can hack into /var/lib/lxc/fedoraCT/rootfs/etc/shadow and erase
whatever hash there is, in order to make root passwd empty.
