[Lxc-users] LXC container templates

In reviewing LXC for process isolation..and reviewing:

I see templates and using pre-built templates from some place like 
http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/precise/current/ 

What I am after is:

1) Some better detailed info/documentation/HOWTO's etc. on these templates

2) A good full LAMP template source?
