[Lxc-users] lxc-0.7.5.tar.gz does not install man-pages

linuxdoc-tools and docbook2man were missing, but after installing them, I
still get no lxc man-pages after a newly:

root at vms1:/opt/src/lxc-0.7.5# make install
(...)
root at vms1:/opt/src/lxc-0.7.5# find /opt/lxc-0.7.5/share/man/
/opt/lxc-0.7.5/share/man/
/opt/lxc-0.7.5/share/man/man7
/opt/lxc-0.7.5/share/man/man5
/opt/lxc-0.7.5/share/man/man1
