[Lxc-users] cannot start any more any container?!

I have a second Ubuntu based LXC server host (which itself is a ESX VM)
with same configuration, where I was able to start a container, but only
once: after lxc-stop a new lxc-start fails:

root at zoo:/lxc# lxc-start -f /lxc/vmtest1.cfg -n vmtest1 -d -o /lxc/vmtest1.log
root at zoo:/lxc# lxc-info -n vmtest1
'vmtest1' is RUNNING

root at zoo:/lxc# ping vmtest1

root at zoo:/lxc# lxc-stop -n vmtest1

root at zoo:/lxc# lxc-info -n vmtest1 
'vmtest1' is STOPPED

root at zoo:/lxc# cat vmtest1.log
      lxc-start 1319104844.997 ERROR    lxc_start - inherited fd 3 on pipe:[393452]
      lxc-start 1319105525.397 ERROR    lxc_start - inherited fd 3 on pipe:[393452]


A reboot of server zoo does not help :-(
