[Lxc-users] Dreaming... reduce CPU use and memory consumption per container

Use the cgroup filesystem accounting features, some doc here:
http://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/cgroups/
Then use lxc-cgroup to access/modify to the cgroup filesystem for a
given container.
