Hi,

I'm sending my patches to address the ro/rw problem for Ubuntu
containers. They can also be found in the following branch on
github:

Note that only the first patch addresses the issue itself, the other
two patches change the defaults for cgroup/cgroup-full without
:ro/:rw/:mixed specifier, as discussed in this thread.

The patches also update the manpage accordingly, so that administrators
are not surprised by the behavior.

The first patch should be easily backportable to 1.0, I think. If not,
I can provide a rebased version. (I think the first patch should
definitely go into 1.0, since this fixes issues with Ubuntu containers,
while the other two patches are probably better left just in master.)

@Serge: please test if the first patch actually addresses your problem
with Ubuntu containers before pushing; I tested it only insofar as to
whether it shows the desired (i.e. specified) behavior, but I didn't
test it with an Ubuntu container (I didn't have one lying around just
now).
