And while you are doing this wash/rinse/repeat cycle, you just pass -F
every single time.  The initial startup of a container is the
exceptional case, so that is the most appropriate place to require
additional parameters.  Once a container is good, lxc-start should
default to the most common case, which is to NOT require an option to
background it, IMNSHO.
