[lxc-devel] Dropping lxc-checkpoint and lxc-restart

+1. i was confused by those binaries, as they dont work on mainline. We'll
better solve this with a criu plugin (and may be ship it as a separate
package?)

p.s there are several other file (not binary, but authors, etc) which are
outdated, you think we should update them too?
