[lxc-devel] Pull request: make ubuntu templates apt proxy aware

Should I post the patch to this list instead or is it simply that
nobody had time to look at it yet?
I don't mean to sound pushy at all (sorry if I do), I'm just trying to
contribute "the right way" :)
