Here it is. I hope this patch has the right format, if not just say
what's wrong.

Basically I tried to use an %if-clause for all the
openSUSE/SUSE-related changes. On the OBS it builds fine for openSUSE
and Fedora 19/20.

I'm currently trying to get it to build for CentOS/RHEL on the OBS,
but am missing a package for docbook2x, so it hangs there. Also, RHEL
does not like some macro-related stuff:

%{_mandir}/man[^3]/*
