[lxc-devel] Introducing the cgmanager project and mailing-list

Hello,

As a result from the discussions around the cgroup manager work that
happened over the past few weeks, I created the infrastructure for that
new project.

While LXC is the main reason this project was started, it's our belief
that it'll be useful for a few others and should be developed on its
own.

As a result, the following resources are now available:
 - Github project: http://github.com/cgmanager
 - Website: http://cgmanager.linuxcontainers.org
 - Mailing-list: http://lists.linuxcontainers.org/listinfo/cgmanager-devel

There currently isn't much out there as we are still in the early
prototyping stage of the project, but if you're interested, I'd
recommend subscribing to the github repository and to the mailing-list.

Discussions that affect LXC's integration with the cgroup manager will
continue to happen on lxc-devel, so if you don't have a specific
interest in the inner workings of the manager and its integration into
distributions and other projects, you can simply keep following
lxc-devel instead.
