no, I didn't see that issue. I sent the patch because we apply it in
NixOS to build the documentation:

Unfortunately, there are many different packages that install a tool
called "docbook2man". The situation is confusing. We use docbook2x from
http://docbook2x.sourceforge.net/ to build lxc, and it works just fine.

Have you run that test on a Debian system? Debian has a docbook2X package
that is based on an old release (0.8.3) of the docbook2X package. This is
a known issue (and it's mentioned on the sf.net web site, too).
