[lxc-devel] pdf and html versions of man pages

Have been trying to build the pdf and html versions of the lxc man
pages, but no success so far.

The configure command implies this is possible (--pdfdir=) and there
are pdf/html targets in
doc/Makefile.   But, I don't see any invocations of docbook2pdf
anywhere.   Nothing I've tried
so far creates pdf/html.

Does anyone know if this is supposed to just work?   Is there some
other magic I'm missing?
