I created last year the man html pages with the man2html tool and
uploading them in the man subdir, This subdirectory is simply pointed by
a wordpress page entitled "man"
If you think you need to modify those man pages, then I would suggest
to modify the source of the man page in git rather than to write
something different
on the web.

The hierarchy of pages is controlled by wordpress with the parent
attribute of the page set in the editing page.

At the time I moved the site to wordpress I voluntarily created two main
pages: Home and News and I expect those pages to remain the two only top
pages.

the link is specified by the page name and it's hierarchy:
for exemple the benchs page is accessible as
http://lxc.sourceforge.net/index.php/about/kernel-namespaces/bench/benchs
that is related to it's suvvessive parent relationships.

of course you are able to specify the relative link between a parent
and it's child
http://lxc.sourceforge.net/index.php/about/kernel-namespaces/
that refer to
http://lxc.sourceforge.net/index.php/about/kernel-namespaces/utsname/
with a simple <a href="utsname">UTSNAME</a> syntax
