Thinking again, maybe we could turn the table and change the process
group ID of lxc-start instead, thereby putting it into the background.
No, that sounds badly contrived.  Rather, put our child into the
foreground only if we're in the foreground in the first place...
Okay, I'm far too sleepy now to think clearly.  Maybe tomorrow.
