I would like at least config option that would allow a container's
halt or reboot (using a regular init in the container) to allow to
container to shutdown and lxc-start exit, returning a status as to
whether a halt/reboot was done, so that a startup script could take
appropriate action. Or maybe just allow a reboot from within the
container to do just that.
