rpmbuild -bb rpmbuild/SPECS/lxc.spec

fails as non-root user with

mkdir: cannot create directory `/var/lib/lxc': Permission denied

works fine as root, but probably creates this unwanted `/var/lib/lxc' on
my filesystem during an rpm build.
Should only happen during install I suppose.
