  Fully obey ./configure --prefix flag

Tests are currently hardcoded to be installed in /usr/share, even when
--prefix is not /usr. Fix the installation by using the autotools
$(datarootdir) variable; it defaults to /usr/share and obeys
./configure --prefix.
