<html><head></head><body><div style="font-family: Verdana;font-size: 12.0px;"><div>Hello,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I have looked into the source code of <strong>lxclvm.c </strong>and saw that it isn't possible to pass additional arguments to the<strong> lvcreate</strong> command like "--yes" to overwrite LVM messages like "wipe signatures".</div>
<div>With Trusty I had no problem with this. But in Xenial when I recreate a container with the same name, LVM asks me if I want to wipe the filesystem signatures that are present at a specific offset.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>As an alternative I'm trying to create the LV before I create the container. But it seems that there aren't any options to tell LXC to use an existing LV.</div>
<div>Mounting the LV and then create a standard LXC container with <strong>-B dir </strong>on it isn't an option that I would like to use.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Does somebody have a solution for this? Or will it possible to pass arguments to the lvcreate/lvremove commands in the future?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thanks in advance!</div>
