<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:windowtext">Promiscuous mode for the cluster which had VMs was set to “Reject”, setting it to ”Accept” solved the problem.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Please post your lxc config. Our Workaround was to set a fixed net.hw address but maybe your problem is different.<br>
